CoLAB “MORE – Mountains of Research” is a Private Non-Profit Association, whose members include research units, associated laboratories, and higher education institutions, technological centres, and SMEs. It aims to implement research and innovation agendas in mountain areas oriented towards the creation of economic and social value. MORE has established strategic partnerships with industrial partners focusing on closing the gap between research results and companies. MORE will be leader of WP7 which focuses on the F of the WEFE Nexus (Food). The main objective is to produce certified organic crops, bio-polyphenols, table salt, shrimps, and seaweed through sustainable and innovative processes.
