The Laboratório Associado para a Química Verde | Associated Laboratory for Green Chemistry (LAQV) of the Network of Chemistry and Technology (REQUIMTE) is the Portuguese Research Centre for Sustainable Chemistry, a key component of an imperative World Sustainable Development. REQUIMTE is leader of WP8, responsible for assessing pollutants in treated wastewater, brine, and by-products while ensuring agricultural quality and ecosystem resilience for nature and communities.
