Mexilhoeira Grande, Portugal – On February 6th, the CisWEFE-NEX project held an informative session , an important step in engaging the project’s local community. The session, held at the Centro Pastoral Paul Roth, provided an opportunity to share essential details about the project and its demonstrator site in the region, fostering an open dialogue between the project team and the residents.
During the informative session, the CisWEFE-NEX partners:
- Presented the CisWEFE-NEX Concept: Explaining the core objectives of the project, which focuses on integrating circular systems across the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems (WEFE) Nexus.
- Discussed the Expected Impacts: Local residents learned about the anticipated benefits of the project, particularly how it aligns with sustainability goals and environmental preservation.
